| Decent stay

Not sure about the other reviews but they were very accommodating during a vehicle warranty issue. I do agree that the park would benefit from better drainage as it become a bit of a mudfest after rainfalls but I was told that are addressing that issue. I was parked next to the playground and had no noise issues after curfew or an highway noise. I also didn't have any bad dewar smells whatsoever. Convenient local just out Winnipeg. I would stay here again.

Very close to the highway and noisy all the time. Sites have very large sharp gravel covering the entire site and are small and close together. Minimal privacy and very few trees at all which makes it very hot during the day as there is no wind either because the sites are down in a ravine. Everything is dirt roads and gravel and would be very muddy if there was any rain at all. Washrooms and showers are a fair walk from most of the sites as they are up at the gas station building. Dangerous to get into if you are headed west because you have to turn across east bound highway traffic. Go past it and turn around heading east to get in. Office is in the gas station building and is not very inviting regardless of the fact that they have a small diner there and a few common camping staples. Afraid to check out the bathrooms.

This is a pretty good KOA. The pull-through sites were large, as I could drive our car through our site after we parked our motorhome! The WiFi was hit and miss, but usable. There is no cable TV, but good for satellite reception. There is a pool and (I think) a laundry room near the office, although we didn't use either. It rained during our stay, but the sites didn't get very muddy. It looks like they put down some additional gravel. IMHO, this park would be a four star park if it weren't for the noise from the Trans Canadian Highway. Depending on where your site is, it can be quite loud... bring ear plugs!

Coincé entre la rivière Assiniboinne (bon) et l'autoroute (moins bon). Très propre , douches wc neuves (rarement vu de grande doucge comme ça). Bonbonne de propane mais pas de remplissage.

Always like the KOA campgrounds! We took pull-through, 30 amp We have a fifth wheel 45f and very easy to get in and out. They only recycle cans and bottle, should place recycle bins for paper and plastic too. Short drive to town! Highly recommend it.
