The positives are the nice ladies (Wendy and Denise) that manage the park, and most of the snowbirds and short-term visitors have been very friendly also. The managers have worked hard to keep the park safe. There is one bathroom w/shower in the office. Unfortunately the owners could careless about the condition of the park as the sites are dirt and there is minimal effort put into maintenance. OK for a short stay if you don't need a lot of amenities.
We've been coming here for a decade. Wendy and sidekick Denise, who manage the place, offer up genuine hospitality, Arizona -west style. The office/clubhouse has washer and dryer, a shower and bathrooms, a book-swap library and tv. Lots of shade trees. A store and fuel just South, laundromat and hardware complex to the North, including a great little Foursquare Church meeting @ 10am, a Post Office across the highway and Mount Lemmon dominating the eastern skyline. All this and it's quiet.
Wendy is great. Super friendly and helpful. We were looking for 1 night and ended up spending 2. It was very quiet and restful.
