If you're just looking for a cheap place to spend the, where you have electricity and can dump your tanks and trash, you've got that here. You also have mostly permanent residents with lots of cats and dogs. It could be a nice park, but it needs major landscaping work, paved roads, and work on a long neglected swimming pool, among many other needed improvements. There is no wi-fi.
Lot of dead limbs hanging from trees piles of leaves not picked up permanent residents with a lot of junk around their trailer would not recommend staying here
