We actually been coming the past 6 summers are truly enjoy it. Some people don't realize you are in the mountains and not all the sites are level so make sure you have blocks with you. You are surrounded by beautiful pine or aspen trees. You can tell the owner takes great care of his park. It's very clean as well. There are no fires which is fine but sometimes the management will have a campfire in the picnic area as long as there's not a fire ban or rain. They are dog friendly but a maximum of 2 dogs (need management approval), no WiFi but why would you need it when you got your phones or personal hotspot, no laundry or bathrooms as you need to be fully contained. Amazing views of Pikes Peak... if you can't see it in your site, there are picnic tables in their rocky corral (that's what the managers call it). The rates are pretty reasonable as they have their summer rates which include taxes, electric, water, sewer & trash and then monthly rates start in October. **You need to go 5mph throughout the entire park which is good as I've been in other parks and it gets dangerous when you're out walking and almost getting hit by a speeder, . You are located in the city of Woodland Park, Colorado and so you are close to everything. I highly recommend this RV park as I'll be coming for sure next summer.
