Reviews for Woodside Lake Park

| Bad roads

By user-5245245... on 2017-10-23.

This park had terrible roads. We just used it for an overnight. I am not a fan of seasonal campers being allowed to turn a nice area into a run down trailer park. This has so much potential, but it is going to need a lot of work. The staff was nice and helpful. I think we had one of the few sites with full hook ups. The treads on my water connection were so worn down that the hose blew off several times.

| Very nice campground

They must have fixed the roads because they were not bad when I went. Very clean facilities and they were very nice. I would stay there again and would recommend it to a friend.

This park has a nice country feel. There are a lot of regular guests. Quiet at night.

| Looks Great, needs some improvements

The park is landscaped very nice and the campsite setting was very nice. The interior roads were very rough. The restrooms were a long hike. I thought they had full hookups but they didn't. It was a real challenge took get to the dump station.

| Would never camp here

Looked at park as possibility for parking our 37 ft motorhome before we take off in fall for west coast. This park has terrible roads and looks like a declining trailer park. Impossible to get a larger motorhome into any of the spots. Would never recommend this place!

We selected this park because it was close to Cuyahoga National Park. The staff is very friendly. Majority of the sites are permanent campers. The visitors are stuck with the narrow, rough and muddy sites. We had full hook up in sites 60-63, which are close to restrooms. We found the water smelled. We picked up gallon jugs for coffee and drinking. Overall it was an OK place.

| Ghetto atmosphere

This park is very overcrowded and they stack the RVs 10 feet apart Plus there are cars everywhere and tents stuffed amongst the RVs. They do offer Wi-Fi but charge extra for it. The sites are nice and level, the roads are not as bad as some of the reviews say from a couple years ago. The water is bad. We came here because The website says it is close to the Rock and Roll Hall of fame, but it is 45 miles away.

This is a fine spot staff have been very helpful especially Fran, we needed to stay 2 extra days to replace our fridge she was very accommodating, they also recommended Cleve to check and then install the unit, what a great guy, on time, knowledgeable and very helpful. Lots of play areas for kids, lake fishing, swimming, hay rides, even had a parade for xmas in July. Only downside is the very hard water.
