Stayed 3 nights over Momorial day. Great place to catch some fish and let the kids run around. The staff was amazing. Could not of asked for a better place to camp with our 1st Camper (travel trailer).

Nice level full hookup site in the new section being added west of the office. Quiet, with zero road noise. Clean comfort station with lots of hot water. A great place to stay. Stayed Oct 11, 2014

Wonderful facility! Newly renovated. Huge dog run. Level pull-throughs. Anxious to go back when the weather is warmer so we can enjoy all that this campground has to offer.

| OK KOA

This is an OK KOA. We are in site 28, which is a pull-through behind the office. The site is small. Our awning just about touches the camper beside us. Our neighbor's sewer drop is right beside our small picnic table. Our sewer connection is about ten inches above the ground. There is a shade tree on the end of the row which gives us afternoon shade. The roads and pads are all gravel and dusty. The campground has lots of amenities, pool, mini golf, store, etc. They offer WiFi but I was not able to connect. We stayed in a class C motorhome. While this is far from the worst campground that we have visited, I doubt that we'll be back. It is convenient to I-81 but far enough away that you do not hear the traffic.

We stayed here for a week, after seeing all the great reviews. We stayed in spot #26. Yes the spot was level and a pull through. However, the spots were extremely close together. The little strip of grass that was outside our door with an old picnic table, was more mud than grass. The camper beside us when their slide was out, was almost touching "our" picnic table. Trees? More like a cow pasture surrounded by trees with newly planted trees in a few areas. The pool with the slide is nice, however with the amount of camping spots that are here, they definitely need more than one small pool, especially when they let church groups use the pool. A church van drove up with about 30 preschool kids. Not to mention pool closes at 8pm and staff were running you out by 7:55. Bathrooms need major updating. You can't really get out of bathroom stall. Door swings in to get out of stall and hits you or the toilet. Game room and arcade are nice, bring $$. They also sell Hunt Bro pizza. The staff that work in that area really don't want to fool with you. It opens at 2:00, lady came in at 1:55, saw us waiting to order pizza. She proceeds to go turn on lights at bowling alley, and plays with several other things, then comes over and says oh the oven has to warm up for 15 minutes. Somebody didn't come in to warm it up. So come back in 20 minutes? It would have been warm by then had she came in and turned it on over playing with bowling alley. Also, didnt see much glove wearing and if you stand at food counter they ignore you or tell you to go order at the register where you pay to bowl. At the register, the guy says he doesn't know how to do it, and the girl that ran you off has to come ring you up. All in all, go down the road to Fancy Gap KOA. Much better employees, bathhouses, and atmosphere. We will not be back to this KOA.

We've used this CG in the past, and each time it gets a little better. The staff is wonderful, and very helpful. Even went to get my phone when I left it in the restroom, and had to turn around to get it. The rest rooms are clean, nothing spectacular, but fine. The sites are level, and mostly pull through. They have a rec building, and are installing a new pool and water slide We usually just stay one night, it is also just a mile, from the Flying J. One day, we may stay longer and explore the area. I definitely recommend staying. one of my faves

One of the best KOA s we ve encountered in awhile... was an overnight stop for us, but the serenity, facilities, and convenience make us want to come back on purpose. Nicely done
