This park is conveniently located along I-45 southbound side a little north of Madisonville. That convenience comes with all the traffic noise. There is no landscaping to buffer the sound. Sites are gravel and grass and pretty level. Management is friendly. This is basically a pull in and park then go to office type of place with lots of sites. The problem is the electricity. We tried at least 4 power posts before moving closer to another rig parked near the office. Manager came out and acknowledged electrical issues. Sounds like there is work that needs to be done. We had power through the night then it went off around 7am for a few minutes. Thank goodness we have an electrical management system!! Don't stay here without at least a surge protector.
