In five years of full timing, this is the worst park we've been to.

This is a nice park, but the price per night is not reflective of what you get here. First off, the camp sites are way too close together and too close to the train tracks and i25. Both produce quite a bit of noise. The kids enjoyed the bouncy houses at the playground. And having a golf cart is a must. But This is a nice park. Just not worth the $75/night.

There are some really nice sites here, I booked one way in the back as far away from the highway as I could get. 2 days before our arrival I got a call from them saying that our sites electric was out. They moved us to another site that they said was nice. Yeah right! It was right by the damn highway! Right in the middle of all the construction worker housing and all the other long term housing. There was a super loud train that came by every 2 hours even at night. To top it off one of the employees said that we would most likely be compensated with a free golf cart or something. Then when it came time to give us said cart the manager was super rude to my husband and was insinuating he was lying about being told that. (By multiple employees) Carla the manager was just plain rude and I would not recommend going here. All the other employees were however very nice and accommodating but overall the experience sucked.

Freight train tracks withing 100 yards of campsite, 10 - 12 trains per day / night, noise and diesel exhaust fumes, Interstate 70 2/10 of a mile, traffic noise. Unlevel pads . Non standard 3 or 4 inch sewer connections. Beware, they will stack park you in pull throughs, have you disconnect your vehicle, then park someone in front of your rig. If you would like to leave before the 11 am check out your out of luck.

Made a reservation two months in advance and then put in a spot right by the freeway and railroad tracks that was so badly sloped that it was unsafe to unhook our travel trailer. And, there was no way to have the trailer parked in a way that allowed us to hook up to power and water and then move out when we needed to. Office staff said there weren't any other spots available, which was not true. When I found multiple spots available, they were reluctant to change us to another spot (they finally did after having to get upset). Streets were rugged and steeply sloped, needed 4WD to get up them to the space. Freeway and railroad noise all day and night.
