I have a TT membership and I love Yosemite Lakes. Don't expect wifi and cable tv. That's not why you're going. The bathrooms took a hit last winter and they are being renovated. Also, about 50% of the sites in the members only area are not level, also due to a bad winter. But, many of the sites are very large and you don't feel crowded at all. I use my own shower/toilet, I don't use Lodge facilities, and we were there the week before a big holiday so it was very pleasant. The dogs loved the river. We took some great hikes. It's only 5 miles from Yosemite Park entrance and there is a convenient YARTS bus daily, very inexpensive and includes entry fee. However, I didn't go to Yosemite Valley because of my dogs. We had a wonderful time just staying at Yosemite Lakes.

Located about 14 miles outside of Yosemite off of Highway 120 - Yosemite Lakes is a Thousand Trails park which is affiliated with our RPI membership. The park is clean with full hook ups for RVers and tent campers. There are also cabins and yurts available for rentals. Sites are available by the river, under trees or in the sun - if you prefer. The only real complaint was the number of flies that always want to hover around your head. The Country Store is about 1/4 mile away on Hw 120, but their gas is very expensive - about 40 cents more per gallon than in Groveland. However, it has a good variety of items - wine, food, RV accessories, and souvenirs. Note that it closes at 6 pm during the week! This is a family oriented park with a 9-hole mini golf course, badmitten, volleyball, basketball, a swimming hole in the river. NO CELL PHONE SERVICE and in the lodge VEEEEEERY slow wifi!

Stayed here multiple times (Nov./Mar/Jun). Great value (no cost - included in zone pass membership). Wide campsites. Specifically in far end past the river sites or on non - member side. Restrooms functional, could be cleaner. Currently upgrading park for 50 amp service. Fishing/hiking/close to Yosemite are best assets. Lodge had 2 tv but could use updating.

We stayed hier because the RV-Park is next to Yosemite entrance. That's the one and only advantage of this park. The staff was not helpful. No informations in the office about Yosemite. Sanitary facilities at our site had only one toilette and one sink. Everything was ran down and dirty. Family Lodge was not well maintained. WiFi only in Family Lodge! 55$ per night was cheeky!

I am a Thousand Trails member, so it was an easy decision to stay here on my way back from Yosemite. What a great campground! Full hookups, with sites right on the Toulumne River. Absolutely beautiful! The staff were all friendly and helpful. Clean bathrooms and showers. Campgrounds like this justify my menbership!

| Not that good

Stayed here for 1 day. We got a pretty bad spot in the back of the park. While half of the park was empty. Staff not that helpful, but friendly. And 77 dollar per night is way too much for this park. Would not recommend it.

Very big, very dusty and very expensive. Dirty and small bathrooms. If you have kids that want to play miniature golf on vacation this is your place. The proximity to Yosemite west entrance is only redeeming feature
