Could be much nicer electricity and sewers frequenty do not work and they need a better manager that cares about the visitor.

10.00 a night. Nice dog run and close to everything. WiFi was fine and easy satellite set up. Staying again in January

This was weird/unusual. We phoned and asked to stay for 4 nights. Were told that was fine and we could stay for free as long as we listened to a sales pitch for joining their association which is the Colorado River Adventures. The confirmation email we had read only two-night stay and listen to the pitch. We kept saying we'd be willing to pay, etc., but they were firm: we heard the pitch and could only stay a total of two nights -- but it was free. We hadn't been to a private rv park before, didn't know they existed. It was fine: everything well maintained. Basically the large parking lot experience with a few trees. But a swimming pool, activities, etc.

Members only park! Nice place, easy in and out, friendly and professional staff, courteous neighbors, extra hot jacuzzi, heated pool, planned activities, including Tuesday RV "yard" sales, fishing derby, line dancing, etc. Wifi at clubhouse only, 30amp for Coast to Coast members (50amp for permanent or long term residents). Verizon service ok, but not strong enough for the Hotspot. The laundry was $1.25 for wash, plus they provide clotheslines! Clean bathrooms and showers. They have a donation box, dining hall with discounted meals, and a salt-free water purchasing station for $0.25/gal (less for 5 gal). Lovely dog run, and plenty of space to walk the dog from 1 end to the other end of the resort. Dogs are not allowed at the Lake, though. We would return again.
