Gravel sites with 30 amp electric. Clean restrooms but no showers in the park. Watchman is near visitor center and a short walk to Springdale. Reservations are tough to get. There is a first come first serve campground nearby without electricity.
This is a very nice NP campground with electric at sites and water nearby. Restrooms are kept clean. There is a dump station nearby. Most sites have some shade. A few yards to Virgin river. A short walk to the free shuttle to go anywhere in the park. Hands down some of the most beautiful scenery you will ever see from your campsite.
Zion is amazing and the Watchman Campground is a great location to stay while visiting Zion. Electric at the sites and water available at the entry near the dump station. Water is also available at various locations.
Amazing views from the campsites, it’s right next to the river which you can hear from your site but it’s so peaceful. There’s a brewpub and convenient store and sporting goods store right on the other side of the river. Their was no water hookups but luckily our tank was full before we stopped in. The views are worth the $20 a night.
This Campground is beautiful, The toilets are clean, The Nationalpark Center is near.
Very nice place to stay. Close to all services. ( Visitor center, buses, bicycle paths)
We stayed for only two nights in the off-season, but had a blast! We were in a spot right on the river. Very quite campground with a ton of trees and great views. A lot of work going on throughout the campground when we were there, but not a major issue. Walk right from your campsite onto Zion trails. 30 amp electric and fire ring at our site, dump station and water point at the entrance.
Large place to stay on but there is no water. There are no showers. we walk a lot of trails it shoud be nice to shower
