Icicle River RV Resort Terms and Conditions.

• To make a reservation online, click “BookYourSite”. There is a NON-REFUNDABLE fee of $3.50 for the online reservation service.
• If you prefer to speak to someone over the telephone, please call Icicle River RV Resort at 509.548.5420. For group rally’s or for extended stays of 30 days or more you need to call the office.
• All reservations made requires an advanced deposit. Your credit card will be charged at the time the reservation is confirmed. You do not have a complete reservation until you receive a confirmation email from Icicle River RV Resort.
• If you did not pay the total amount for your length of stay, the remaining balance owing will be processed the morning of your arrival date. Otherwise, you need to call Icicle River RV Resort to make other arrangements at least the day prior to your arrival date.
• To pay your remaining balance ‘ONLINE” you can click on the link .
• All reservations are subject to availability. We are unable to guarantee a specific site number.
• CHECK-IN time is 2:00 pm and CHECK-OUT is 11:00 am. Early arrival and/or late check-out must be authorized by Icicle River RV Resort at least one day prior to your arrival date. A $25.00 fee and applicable taxes will be charged for the early check-in and late-check-out. The late check-out departure is prior to 1:00 pm.
• The nightly rates are based on 1 or 2 people, 1 RV and a licensed vehicle on the site. Site use is limited to 5 people maximum.
• You must notify the office in advanced for all visiting guest(s) and extra vehicle(s). Additional fees will apply.
• Visitors must check-in at the office to obtain a ‘green’ visitor/vehicle pass. Visiting guest vehicle must park in the overflow designated areas.
• There is a limit of no more than 3 pets per RV site.
• No Tents or outdoor camping will be permitted.
• The park quiet hours are from 10:00 pm to 7:00 am.
• Special Events and Weekends reservations must be at least for 2 nights or more.
• Holidays reservations must be at least 3 nights or more. (Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day)

CANCELLATIONS/RESERVATION CHANGE POLICY:

• For all cancellations and reservation changes, you must call Icicle River RV Resort. Emails will not be accepted for any cancellations or changes.
• Early Departures or Reduction of nights booked will not be refunded unless you have contacted our office no less than 7 days in advanced of your date of arrival.
• A cancellation fee of $23.50 will be deducted from the advanced deposit you paid provided the request is within the timeline from when your reservation was made up to but no less than 7 days prior to the scheduled date of arrival. If the set timeline is not met, a non-refundable payment of the two-night stay will be deducted from the paid advanced deposit.
• Holiday and/or Festivals reservations cancelled from the time when the reservations was made but not less than 14 days prior to your schedule date of arrival, a $23.50 cancellation fee will be deducted from the paid advanced deposit. If the cancellation set timeline is not met, there will be a two-night fee deducted from the paid advanced deposit.
• “NO SHOW” and cancellations on the day of arrival are subjected to a forfeiture of the entire amount paid for the reservation.
• Rescheduling of a reservation, reduction of nights booked, and/or site change will be permitted twice provided Icicle River RV Resort is notified no later than 7 days prior to the original date of arrival.
• Nightly fees can be subject to change for a revision to your reservation and/or if you are already in the park and are requesting changes.
• PLEASE NOTE: Reservations are non-transferable to other parties. NO EXCEPTION!
