Registering with BookYourSite enables us to re-use your contact information each time you reserve a site with our booking system. Information like your address, membership information (eg. CAA/AAA), and your preferences for park amenities can be saved. In addition, after registering with BookYourSite you have the option of receiving promotional information from the parks about upcoming specials and events.
If you do not choose to pay the locking fee, the park reserves the right to place you on any site of the same type (or above). Customers are still able to make requests for areas of the park, but they are not guaranteed. If you are reserving as part of a group please indicate the names of all other families in your party in the "notes" area. We will keep all members of your party as close together as possible, given the park's availability at the time of your booking and site types chosen by the group members.

Check-in at 12:00 noon.
Check-out is 11:00am.
All reservations require paid in full at time of reservation. Cancellations must be 14 days prior to arrival or NO refund. Refund is subject to a $3.50 reservation fee. No Refunds for inclement weather or rain.
Up to 6 occupants per site. A $7 fee per night for additional guests.
One RV & one vehicle per site. Other vehicles park in designated parking areas.
No Tent/Primitive Camping.
Quiet hours are daily 10:00pm – 7:00am. No loud noises such as radios, music, voices, generators, or loud vehicles. Minors must be at their campsite. No tolerance.
5 miles per hour throughout the park.
Vehicles/ATVs/Golf Carts- No off-road parking or driving.
Guests are responsible for the behavior of all children. All children under age 12 should be accompanied by an adult at all times.
Guests Swim at their own Risk. NO LIFEGUARD ON DUTY.
Pets must remain on a leash, including the swimming area. All pets must be noted upon checkin. No pets left unattended at any time. Maximum of 3 pets. Animals shall not disturb the peace or be a nuisance to other guests. No vicious dogs or aggressive breeds such as Pit Bulls aloud.
Exotic animals/pets prohibited.
Please Clean up after your pets waste and dispose of it.
Glass containers are not permitted inside park.
No fireworks. No exceptions.
Only picnic table & One fire pit per campsite. Do not move fire pits. If you’d like it moved, please contact the office with a request.
No outside firewood Permitted. Fallen branches may be gathered and used. Cutting of standing trees or green limbs is strictly prohibited. Campfires should not be left unattended. No burning treated lumber, plywood, diapers, plastics & other non-burnables or Clean-up fees will be applied at Check-Out.
We reserves the right to regulate the size & location of fires and ban campfires when conditions warrant.
Please place all trash IN A TRASH BAG & then in designated dumpsters.
Flashlights are recommended at dark. No bike or scooter riding after dark. ATVs, golf carts and all vehicles must use headlights.
No walking on Trails after 10:00pm.
Visiting hours are 8:00 am till 10:00 pm. A maximum of 6 overnight guests allowed per campsite. Visitors must check in & park in designated day parking areas.
No smoking on trails or by Creek for risk of brush fire & in attempts to keep our park clean.
Cigarette Butts may be disposed of via burning in your fire ring. Butts found littered at campsite will be charged a cleaning fee upon check-out inspection.
Damage to park items/structure is subject to fees which will be billed to the Guests credit card on file. If you think you misplaced/lost an item, please notify us. We keep a lost and found.
Fishing is NOT allowed on our creek. You may fish along the riverbank a block away. Feel free to catch minnows here to aid in fishing on the river.
Trails may have Uneven surfaces.Watch your footing. Stay on the mowed trail. We are not responsible for ticks, poison ivys, rashes, bites & scratches or personal injury. Copperhead & Cottonmouth Snakes are native to this area of Missouri. It is your responsibility to watch your step. Snakes, Lizards, Turtles & other wildlife are NOT to be harmed or moved from places they are found.
No illegal drugs, public intoxication, possession of alcohol by minors, public displays of nudity and disorderly conduct will be tolerated. Be courteous of others. No crossing through occupied campsites.
Kimmys At Caplinger is a private campground. We reserve the right to deny service to any person and to ask anyone to leave the premises at any time. No refunds will be given. Management is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
