Please read all of our policies fully prior to booking online:

OCCUPANCY:

TENT SITES: The open field sites (400s & 800s) fit a maximum of 2 tents and 2 vehicles. The wooded or creek side sites (500s, 600s, & 700s) are smaller and allow for just 1 tent and 1 vehicle per site. Sites may have a maximum of 4 adults and 4 children per site. *Site maximums are based off of a standard-sized 4-man tent. If you are bringing a large tent, please call our office for reservations. Large or multi-roomed tents will not fit on some of our sites.

RV SITES: Please be accurate in reporting your unit length. Our campground is often fully booked which does not allow for the switching of sites. Booking a site that cannot accommodate your length will result in a forfeit of site and site payments will not be refunded. *Sites require an RV/Camper on each site – no stand-alone tent camping on Full Hook-Up sites. One tent is permitted as a second unit on each site. Sites have a maximum of 4 adults and 4 children per site.

CABINS: Our occupancy is set by the state of Ohio and includes all occupants, including infants. The breaking of occupancy rules will result in eviction without refund.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

CAMPING CANCELLATION POLICY - Campsites canceled 7 days or more prior to the arrival date, will be refunded minus a $10 cancellation fee. Sites canceled within 7 days of the arrival date will not receive any refund. Cancellations due to weather, medical reasons, early departures, etc. are not exempt from this policy. You are not permitted to change the dates of the reservation once it is within 7 days of the arrival date.

CABIN CANCELLATION POLICY - Cabins canceled 30 days or more prior to the arrival date, will be refunded minus a $30 cancellation fee. Cabins canceled within 30 days of the arrival date will not receive any refund. Cancellations due to weather, medical reasons, early departures, etc. are not exempt from this policy. You are not permitted to change the dates of the reservation once it is within 30 days of the arrival date.

Due to our intimate size and location all cancellations affect us significantly. Consequently, we adhere to a strict cancellation policy.

CHECK-IN starts at 2pm for RV and tent sites and 5pm for cabin rentals. Check out is prior to 12 noon. Violated check out times will result in an additional night's fee charged to the lessee's credit card.

Please be advised that all patrons will be required to sign a participation agreement upon arrival and receive a wristband, to be worn at all times during guests stay. Site tags and car passes will be distributed as guests sign in at the office.

Pets are welcome at campsites only (no pets in or around cabins) and are no charge as long as they are kept under control, tied up, cleaned up after & not left unattended. Violations will result in eviction.

As our guest, you will receive a discount at our Canoe Livery & Fun Center.

Upon going through the online booking process, you will receive a preliminary confirmation from Book Your Site. Mohican Adventures will send you an additional email confirmation within 24 hours upon booking once your payment has fully processed. If your payment does not go through, Mohican Adventures will attempt to contact you through the phone number provided to us via Book Your Site. Reservations with no payment will be forfeited until a successful payment is made. Site availability may change during this time period.
