RV PARK RULES

1. Quiet Hours: 10:00pm – 6:30am. Due to events, Saturday Quiet Hours begin at 1am.
2. No visitors after 10pm.
3. Pets must be leashed. Please clean up messes.
4. Please DO NOT park vehicle in an empty space.
5. Only 1 personal vehicles per campsite.
6. Do not set up tent in hook-up space.
7. NO CAMP FIRES!
8. Check out time is 12pm noon.

PAYMENT: All campers must have payment turned in within 12 hours of arrival or you will be asked to leave. This is a pay use facility.

REFUNDS: No refunds issued.

SITE OCCUPANCY: Maximum of 4 adults per site, unless other arrangements have been made with management.

ELECTRIC: If you are not present at your RV, please do not run your AC. Additional fee of $100 will be billed if we witness this occurring.

QUIET TIME: 10PM to 6:30AM, Noise should not be heard from your campsite during quiet time. Saturday evening quiet time when there is parties at Agriplex will be 1am.

CAMPFIRES: No campfires.

CHILDREN: Parents are responsible for children’s actions, safety and conduct at all times while in campground. Do not leave children unattended. Any person under 18 may not stay in campground or campsite (day or night) without parent, legal guardian or responsible adult.

PETS: On leash at all times, may not be unattended, tied outside, must be under control. No more than 2 pets.

DISRUPTIVE BEHAVIOR: If police are called by management or another camper due to disruptive behavior, the camper or campers will be asked to leave immediately. No refunds in these circumstances.

VISITORS: No visitors after 10pm please.

TENTS: Only 1 tent (for sleeping) allowed per site. Tents must be removed when not in use to keep grass alive. No large canopy tents without permission granted from office.

RESTROOMS, SHOWER: Report any issues with facilities to management immediately. Must be left clean after use. Do not wash dishes, clothes, pets,etc in rest rooms/bath houses. Anyone dumping sewage in restrooms is subject to eviction immediately. Children 12 and under must be with an adult.

TRASH: Dumpster is located north of camp areas. Bag all trash/garbage. Do not leave trash on site. Only (camping) garbage may be placed in garbage. No appliances.

BOATS: Boat trailers must be kept in designated trailer storage area. Management must approve of any boats to be kept on site and camper may be requested to leave boat in designated area.

SEWER: Please use non-formaldehyde based holding tank additives in to the septic system. No dumping of gray or black water on ground. No washing cars, trucks boats on site. There is NO DUMP STATION.

SITE UPKEEP: All sites must be kept in a neat and orderly manner and management reserves the right to ask camper to do so.

INSURANCE/THEFT: We will not be responsible in the case of theft of RV or contents thereof, nor for any damages caused by natural causes (ie: tree falling), nor for any damages caused by any other reason. All activities at campground are done at individuals free will and Okanogan County will not be responsible for injuries to campers or guests nor for loss of money/valuables of any kind.

MAINTENANCE/EMERGENCY: Report any maintenance problem, emergency to the office immediately. Please call us with any emergencies 509-322-1621 when appropriate.

WATER USAGE: No washing of cars or boats. Leaky hoses and water connections must be addressed immediately.

NOT PERMITTED: Firearms, BB or pellet guns, fireworks, speeding over 5 miles per hour, littering, permanent clothes lines illegal drugs, underage drinking, loud parties, reckless behavior, disorderly conduct, intoxication, rock throwing, sling shots, alcohol off campsite. No smoking in bathrooms.

Please take proper measures to protect your property. The licensee accepts camping privileges with the understanding that he/or she does hereby release the Okanogan County Fairgrounds and Okanogan County as well as its agents, servants, employees, officers and their family members, and fellow campers of all liability for loss or damage to property and injury whatsoever, including any injury to his/her person arising out of his/ or her use of its camping facilities, and agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the rv Park and Okanogan County, its agents, servants, officers and family members, fellow campers and employees, against claims resulting from loss of damage to property or injury to the person or any member of the family, or guest of the lessee, arising out of the use of the camping facilities, or sustained as a result of any accidents of the campground. All campers are advised that failure to comply with agreement and policies and rules will result in termination of the camper’s contract and discontinuation of camping privileges without refund and site will be available to rent. Violations of these policies are cause for eviction without refund. I agree to pay for any damages to campground property, sites, buildings, facilities, equipment which may occur by the actions of myself or my party. All policy’s and rules are subject to change without notice. Payment of site acknowledges that the camper has read and understood the above policies, rules and regulations and agrees to adhere to them or the campsite contract maybe terminated by management upon their discretion. With your assistance, help and cooperation we can strive for a memorable camping experience for all.
