All reservations must be paid in full at the time of booking. Stella Mare RV Resort does NOT guarantee a specified site, but will guarantee a specified site type.

With the exception of holidays and special events, our cancellation policy is as follows:

• Cancellations outside of two (2) weeks prior to your scheduled arrival date are subject to a $25 cancellation fee.
• Cancellations inside of two (2) weeks, but outside of three (3) days prior to your scheduled arrival date will result in a cancellation fee equal to one (1) night’s stay.
• Cancellations inside of three (3) days prior to your scheduled arrival date are non-refundable.

Please contact the resort for Holidays and special events cancellation policies.

Refund Policy: No refunds will be given for early departures or for inclement weather.

Pets: Pet rules must be followed and apply to all pet types.

Online Reservations: The $5.00 online reservation fee is non-refundable. Online reservations are restricted to daily and weekly rentals. Please call the resort at (409) 632-7017 to reserve stays longer than two weeks.

A 3-night minimum stay required for the following holiday and special event weekends:

• Mardi Gras
• Spring Break
• Memorial Day
• 4th of July
• Labor Day
• Lone Star Motorcycle Rally
