Registering with BookYourSite enables us to re-use your contact information each time you reserve a site with our booking system. Information like your address, membership information (eg. CAA/AAA), and your preferences for park amenities can be saved. In addition, after registering with BookYourSite you have the option of receiving promotional information from the parks about upcoming specials and events.
If you do not choose to pay the locking fee, the park reserves the right to place you on any site of the same type (or above). Customers are still able to make requests for areas of the park, but they are not guaranteed. If you are reserving as part of a group please indicate the names of all other families in your party in the "notes" area. We will keep all members of your party as close together as possible, given the park's availability at the time of your booking and site types chosen by the group members.

At every site you will enjoy Full Hook Ups and 30/50 AMPs. Big Rig Friendly, Dog Parks, Playgrounds, Clean Restrooms with Showers, On-Site Laundry, Propane Fill Station & Exchanges, Dish cable, Fishing Ponds and Saltwater Swimming Pools. We do have Wi-Fi but for better internet we offer a modem for rent during your stay. Please ask about it at check in.
Prices are based on 2 adults and 2 children per site. Additional children over the age of two require an extra fee. Maximum of 6 people per site for short term, 5 people per extended stay.
Monthly rates do NOT include electric. We charge .15 per kilowatt. For long term reservations please call the office at 817-295-5594.
RVs over 10 years old will need prior approval. You may send pictures of all exterior sides to txranchresort@gmail.com. We reserve the right to turn away any RV regardless of age due to condition. No window A/C units or conversion RVs allowed.
If you book a site for a weekly or monthly stay and you would like to extend that stay longer please let us know in the comments or call the office.
No Non-RV trailers are allowed past the office. This includes car trailers, flat beds and utility/cargo trailers. (Car dollies are fine as long as they fit on the site pad and not in the grass).
Please note that Check-In time is 1:00 PM, Check-Out time is 11 AM.
2 dog maximum : No pit bulls/pit bull mixes and no rottweilers.
