Registering with BookYourSite enables us to re-use your contact information each time you reserve a site with our booking system. Information like your address, membership information (eg. CAA/AAA), and your preferences for park amenities can be saved. In addition, after registering with BookYourSite you have the option of recieving promotional information from the parks about upcoming specials and events.
Rental Terms and Conditions
I agree to rent the assigned land site for the specified number of days at the active rate upon my arrival. Rates are subject to change without notice. I agree to abide by park rules and regulations, and to observe the posted speed limits. Failure to do so will, at the discretion of Twin Lakes Camp Resort management, be sufficient reason for eviction from the premises. I understand and agree that Twin Lakes is not responsible for loss, damage or injury to any person, vehicle or other personal property. I acknowledge that my stay is subject to Florida Statues 513.114, 513.121 and 513.13. By requesting that a reservation be made or by my signature on my payment receipt I agree to the stated policy and understand that there will be NO REFUNDS other than under the conditions described herein.Cancellation Policy
There is a one-night cancellation fee (including tax), at the daily rate for every reservation.
Refunds for amounts paid over the on non-refundable night will be made if the reservation is canceled at least two (2) weeks prior to arrival date. No cancellations will be accepted under 24 hours.
Only Camping Credits (vouchers), minus the one non-refundable night, will be given for cancellations made less than two weeks prior to arrival date. (Camping Credits expire 1 year after original reservation date, and can not be used on holiday weekends or transferred. THEY MAY NOT BE MOVED BY DATE MORE THAN 3 TIMES).
In the event of a hurricane related MANDATORY evacuation, Camping Credits will be issued; NO refunds will be issued.
ALL refunds and Camping Credits, are determined solely by TWIN LAKES CAMP RESORT management.
RIDING OF BICYCLES, SCOOTERS, SKATEBOARDS, GOLF CARTS, ATVs or ‘OTHER’ to be determined by TWIN LAKES CAMP RESORT Management is NOT PERMITTED AFTER DARK.
For the safety of all our guests, especially the children please abide by the following:
Operate all wheeled vehicles in a safe manner. All golf carts, ATVs, motorcycles shall be operated only by persons with a valid driver’s license. Drivers shall be self-insured. Motorized vehicles shall follow all traffic rules and regulations and travel in the ONE WAY direction as indicated by traffic signs Please obey the 5 MPH speed limit. NO driving in grass or on sidewalks. Park in designated parking areas only. Put bicycles in bike rack. ALL CHILDREN UNDER THE AGE OF 16 MUST WEAR A HELMET WHEN RIDING BICYCLES, SCOOTERS AND SKATEBOARDS.
ALL VEHICLES MUST PARKED WITHIN YOUR SITE OR IN THE DESIGNATED OVERFLOW PARKING.
SUITE GUEST ARE ALLOWED 2 PARKING SPACES PER SUITE. ANY ADDITIONAL PARKING WILL NEED TO BE IN OVERFLOW PARKING DESIGNATED BY MANAGEMENT.
We are glad you were able to bring your pet with you this trip! And we hope you have a pleasant stay with us! However, not everyone has a pet or cares to be around others’ pets. For these reasons, we ask you to observe these conditions:
I do hereby indemnify, hold harmless and release Twin Lakes Camp Resort and all related parties from any and all causes of action, claims, lawsuits and demands of any kind made by any guest or third party as a result of any actions of my pet(s). In addition, if any action is brought as a result of any action of my pet(s). Twin Lakes CampResort will immediately notify me of the claim and demand indemnification for all costs arising from the claim, including attorney fees, from me, the pet owner. Service dogs are subject to the same rules and fees as nonservice pets without discrimination.
Only registered guests of the campground are allowed to launch a boat from Twin Lakes Camp Resort boat ramps. Boat must be launched and vehicle and trailer must be moved to designated parking. Only electric motors are allowed to be used on or near our access to Holley or King Lake.
