We made our reservation over the phone and the gal on the phone was professional and courteous. We arrived after-hours and found our instructions at the office window. Although there were quite a few vacancies, our site lacked fire pit / BBQ. The water in pool was cold, and overall felt the park lacked KOA appeal.
When making my reservation over the phone I was given the impression that this particular location was much quieter then others in the area. That is the furthest from the truth as it is right on the main highway and I have had better rest and more peaceful sleep in a rest area! They take a deposit over the phone that is nonrefundable and once you check in if you decide to leave early, any additional days that you left early for our non-refundable. That is for a very good reason. If it was refundable they would lose a great amount of income!!! In my personal opinion not even a decent place to stop off for one night much less seven if you're in town doing business and need some decent rest.
Stayed during the eclipse. Prices hike during this time. Disappointed in that. Staff very friendly and accommodating. They opened the office at 3 am to accommodate folks leaving for eclipse viewing. Men/women bathrooms. Girl cleaned them 3 times a day which was awesome. Lots of family entertainment. Grassy spots. I would recommend staying at this KOA.
Get ready for the price gouge! Don't bother if you have kids. Cost me $60 for the night for full hookups. Insane! Plenty of other camping options in the area we should have gone too. WiFi is pretty much useless as it crawls along with 30 seconds between clicks. Pool was the tiny. Try for somewhere else.
Highway 93 is under construction and that is beyond the control of the park. A very rough road coming into the gate. The problem is that the road was just as poor inside the park. KOA needs to address this problem. It was definitely the worst road we have experienced inside an RV park. This place needs some work.
Small sites, lots of road noise. We only were staying 2 nights and chose because of location.
We stayed here one night. The spots are very close together and the roads inside the park are terrible. On the bright side the people working there were very nice! We drove by the Twin Falls 93 RV Park, I wish we would have stayed there it looked great as we were driving by!
We almost didn t stay here because if the neg reviews but gave it a try. I m glad we did! We stayed here 1 night on our way south and came back on our way home for 2 nights. The staff is very friendly. Our sites level and looking around they all looked level. Long pull through sites. There were a lot of really big rigs here. Wonderful pool (3ft to 8 ft deep). Clean showers (cleaned though-out the day). Nice & hot. The roads are gravel so it may get muddy in the rain, but it was perfect for us. Nice well maintained grass between sites so you have don t step onto dirt/gravel. Loved that! It s away from the freeway so the only real noise was the chirping of birds, which was lovely. Two fenced dog areas in front with chairs to lounge in while your dog wanders and a dog agility area in the back of the park. We ll stay again.
This was a very nice place. Agreed. Super tight sites but since we had a small RV it did not bother us. Very nice people - great dinner and breakfast options on the campground itself. All amenities clean and working
Friendly and competent staff. Had an ice cream the night we arrived and a pancake breakfast the next morning. Unfortunately we missed both!
